Publix has put its whole chicken tender subs on sale this week, according to its weekly ad.

The ad said the popular subs will cost $7.99. In the past, subs went on sale for $6.99.

Publix said the new price gives customers a savings of up to $2.
The sale starts Thursday and runs through Wednesday, June 15.
