The Salty Donut said this is one of the biggest collaborations it has ever done in Orlando. The kolache is made with The Salty’s signature 24-hour baked brioche filled with 4 Rivers’ famous burnt ends brisket, chopped onions and cheese.
“At The Salty we aim to connect with the community and weave ourselves into the fabric of the neighborhoods we’re in. That mission is mirrored by our friends at 4 Rivers,” said Danny Pizarro, chief marketing officer of The Salty Donut. “Sharing the fact that we’re both family-owned, locally source our ingredients, and focus so strongly on the community, this partnership was simply meant to be. Plus, being a long-time Orlando resident myself, can you even dare to imagine a more legendary collaboration?!”

“We are very excited to be partnering with The Salty Donut team, a local favorite and staple in Orlando,” said John Rivers, founder and CEO of 4R Restaurant Group. “This collaboration is a savory one and is reminiscent of the Kolaches that we used to sell at our Smokehouses. It’s always fulfilling when we can come together with other local businesses and offer something fresh and new to our community.”
The Salty Donut said the 4 Rivers x The Salty brisket kolache will be available every weekend.
