LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. – Jaleo at Disney Springs is welcoming back strawberry season, unveiling the “Festival de Fresas” in partnership with local strawberry farm, Southern Hill Farms.
From Jan. 29 to Feb. 18, guests are invited to savor a delicious menu crafted by head chef Kristoffer Anderson, featuring locally grown strawberries from Clermont.

Guests can indulge in Spanish-style delights such as a vibrant strawberry gazpacho, scallop crudo adorned with sweet berries, and a delectable strawberries and cream dessert. The avant-garde Cono de Fresa y Queso Mamá Marisa, a signature Jaleo small bite, showcases strawberry marmalade and blue cheese, topped with crumbled pistachios.

Anderson collaborated closely with Southern Hill Farms to design the menu, ensuring the freshest ingredients, the restaurant said in a news release.
Throughout the festival, Anderson will regularly visit the farm to collect strawberries, promising a culinary experience with the finest flavors.
As a special treat, guests embracing the Strawberry Festival at Jaleo will receive an exclusive offer for a “U-Pick Strawberries” experience at Southern Hill Farms, a 120-acre family-owned operation offering U-Pick activities from December to May.
