VIERA, Fla. – Rich Abbruscato spent the bulk of his career as a design engineer with a focus on telemedicine. However, he sold his company and traded his stethoscope for bottles of wine.
He could have afforded to retire, but he said he needed something fun yet profitable to do.

This rooftop bar is at 5475 Lorkey Lane and it has 120 wines on tap via self-serve dispensers.
Red, white or sparkling, this bar offers value to luxury finds of wine and everything between, according to its website.
For the non-wine drinkers, the bar also offers beer.
To add, other items on the menu include charcuterie boards, flat breads and bread baskets.
The two-story bar is 6,000 square feet and has two open-air verandas for guests.
Meanwhile, Abbruscato does not have current plans to grow this brand, however there are plans to host wine tastings and classes in the future at the bar.
For now, Abbruscato said he is just ready to sip back and enjoy this new adventure with the Viera community.
