OCOEE, Fla. – Authorities in Ocoee arrested an area man Friday after they said he exposed himself to middle school students.
According to a police report, 20-year-old Charles Henry Hightower was charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition on a child under the age of 16.

Police said at about 9 a.m., witnesses said a man exposed himself to three Ocoee Middle School students while walking through the Ocoee Plaza on their way to school.
An Ocoee Police School Resource Officer recognized the description of the man provided by the students as being similar to that of Hightower, who was previously contacted by Ocoee police officers in October 2010.
Hightower was stopped and identified by police at that time after a complaint was received that he appeared to be acting suspiciously, though no charges could be established in that incident.
Ocoee police said they followed up on the information, and a victim in Friday's incident positively identified Hightower as the man who exposed himself.
