ORLANDO, Fla. – The University of Central Florida is getting in the game, as the university will announce a partnership with EA Sports at the UCF Center for Emerging Media Friday.
The partnership will be announced by Gov. Rick Scott, who was recently in the area for the Board of Governors meeting on UCF's main campus, UCF President John C. Hitt and EA Sports COO Daryl Holt.

The partnership is between UCF's Florida Interactive Entertainment Academy and the EA Sports Innovation Center.
Hitt has continuously stressed the importance of partnerships with the university. EA Sports is a brand created by Electronic Arts and develops sports video games, such as Madden NFL and FIFA.
