OCALA, Fla. – Two people have been injured in a car crash in Ocala on Thursday morning after a pickup truck hit a power pole and overturned.
SW 20th Street was shut down as police investigated the crash, which had two people trapped inside the pickup truck for hours.

The crash occurred just before 5 a.m. and it took nearly two hours each to extricate both victims out of the vehicle.
The victims were taken to Ocala Regional Trauma Center.
No other information was immediately available.
