NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. – A DirecTV worker was arrested on Monday morning after New Smyrna Beach police say he exposed himself and grabbed a woman while setting up her television.
Martin Roque, 47, has been charged with battery and indecent exposure in the Monday morning incident.
Police said Roque was at the victim's residence on Greenlawn Street to set up her TV service in her bedroom when he grabbed her and exposed himself.
"I was telling him how I had problems with my back. He started touching me, and he starting touching my private and he pulled his thing out in front of me," the woman told a 911 dispatcher.
The victim said she broke free and shoved Roque into the doorway. Roque then left and the victim contacted authorities, according to police.
Roque was booked into the Volusia County Jail.
