Officials say drugs washed up on Volusia County beaches.

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – A day after cocaine washed ashore on New Smyrna Beach, a bale of marijuana washed up on Daytona Beach, according to officials.

Volusia County Beach Safety Ocean Rescue said 20 kilograms of cocaine was found Thursday on New Smyrna Beach near Flagler Avenue.

On Friday morning, marijuana washed up near Silver Beach Avenue in Daytona, beach officials said.

The drugs were turned over to authorities.

No other details were released.
