Woman tried to run down mother, son in paintball park lot, Orange deputies say

Cops: Argument sparked between 2 women over old boyfriends, 14-year-old son

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A woman was arrested in Orange County after deputies say she tried to run over into two people, one of them being a 14-year-old boy, outside of a paintball park.

Crystal Morrison, 31, has been charged with attempted second-degree murder on Sunday in the incident at Orlando Paintball on Orange Blossom Trail.

Investigators say Morrison and another woman got into an argument about former boyfriends and the woman's 14-year-old son in the parking lot at Orlando Paintball.

Morrison pepper-sprayed the other woman in the face and when the other woman went to sit down, Morrison got into her car and drove at the woman and her son, then reversed her vehicle and did it again, according to deputies.

Surveillance video shows staff and customers running over to help the woman and the teen.

Investigators said the woman and her son both had injuries to their lower bodies, but they're considered non-life-threatening.

Morrison was arrested and booked into Orange County jail at 11 p.m. Sunday. She is being held on no bond.
