OCALA, Fla. – The lockdown has been lifted at an Ocala middle school after a police search for suspected robbers in the area turned up nothing.

Ocala police said Howard Middle School was locked down as they searched for two men who robbed the Dollar General in the 2900 block of NW 10th Street.
Officers said the men were armed and were not located.
Detectives continue to investigate.
No other details were immediately available.
