CASSELBERRY, Fla. – The Institute of Technical Arts was raided by federal agents on Thursday morning, prompting building evacuations, according to police.
Casselberry police said the U.S. Inspector General and the U.S. Department of Education raided ITA and evacuated three buildings shortly after 9 a.m. on a warrant.
It's not clear what prompted the raid or evacuations, but employees were instructed to remain inside as agents continued to search through evidence.
According to the ITA website, the school is accredited and offers programs for vet technicians, vet groomers, and other various veterinarian fields.
No other details on the raid were immediately available.
