Telly Engram, 16, was identified as the third suspect in the carjacking video from Aug. 14 and was arrested on charges of carjacking with a firearm, grand theft of a motor vehicle, grand theft over $300 and conspiracy to commit carjacking.
Last month, Tyrese Dyquan Melbourne, 16, was arrested charged with carjacking, unlawful possession of firearm by a minor, use of a firearm, grand theft of a motor vehicle, grand theft over $300 from a person 65 years of age of older and conspiracy to commit carjacking.
Police said that Melbourne was the second suspect who approached the vehicle, pointed a handgun at the victim and grabbed his arm, pulling him from the vehicle to the ground.
Melbourne was identified through Crimeline. His arrest came days after the first suspect, Jarkvis Peoples, was arrested in the carjacking.
Peoples was charged with carjacking with a firearm, possession of a firearm by a delinquent, use of a firearm during the commission of a felony, grand theft and conspiracy to commit carjacking.
Charges are pending on others that police have identified as being involved in the carjacking. Their names have not been released.
Police said the victim, Larry Williams, was headed to the store around 8 p.m. to purchase bread Thursday night when he was approached by the men. One of the men held a gun to Williams, but Williams still refused to get out of his car.
Instead, video shows Williams putting the car into reverse, the men stopping him and dragging him out of the car and dumping him on the lawn.
"I couldn't do anything because I was out of breath, and I couldn't walk or anything, whatsoever," Williams told Local 6 last week.
Police said they have recovered Williams' walker, oxygen tank, and wallet. AJG Locksmith in Sanford has offered to provide Williams with a new car key at no charge.
