The injured person was taken to a hospital in an unknown condition.
Levy County deputies also saw a man at a window inside the house. The man stepped away from the window, and moments later, deputies heard a gunshot and a thud, spokesman Lt. Scott Thummond said.
Deputies entered the home and saw a woman dead on the first floor and a man dead on the second. WTSP-TV reports he was found to have a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Investigators said they believe he was the one who shot all three victims and then took his own life.
Thummond said it appears this was a domestic incident.
