ORLANDO,F la. – Run for your life! An Orlando police officer was nearly assaulted -- by a swan.
OPD on Friday tweeted video of the officer, who was on bike patrol, riding away from the swan, which chased him out of an area of Lake Eola Park.

The incident was caught on camera, prompting OPD to take to Twitter.
"You can't imagine the hazards our officers face out there every day!," OPD tweeted.
The officer nor the swan was injured.
Meanwhile, six baby swans stolen from Lake Eola remain missing.
Commissioner Patty Sheehan said earlier this week that thief should be punished to the fullest extent of the law.
