PALM COAST, Fla. – The Flagler County Sheriff's Office is investigating several vehicle thefts, including two that were stolen from a firefighter's driveway.
Investigators said Monday morning that 10 cars were burglarized and three others were stolen in Palm Coast. One of the stolen vehicles was later found abandoned nearby.
Deputies said the crimes took place Saturday night into Sunday morning in the R section of the city.
A homeowner, who works as a firefighter, was able to capture surveillance video of thieves stealing a 2013 Chevy Tahoe and 2013 Ford Taurus out of his driveway.
Flagler County officials said the thieves got away with firearms, credit cards and other belongings from the unlocked cars.
