KISSIMMEE, Fla. – A woman's body found behind a Howard Johnson hotel in Kissimmee is being investigated as a suspicious death, according to the Kissimmee Police Department.
Police on Monday identified the body as Dana Stewart, 33, of Osceola County.

Kissimmee police said they received a call from a worker in the area around 9 a.m. Sunday reporting a dead person outside the Howard Johnson hotel at 4311 West Vine St.
Police said it’s unclear what Stewart was doing at or near the hotel prior to her death.
"Our investigators have been and are actively working to speak with those believed to have been in contact with Stewart before her death," Kissimmee police said in a statement. "Our detectives are treating this investigation into Stewart's death as suspicious based on the circumstances of how her body was discovered. Those details regarding the discovery are part of the ongoing investigation."
Stewart's cause of death has not been determined.
