ORLANDO, Fla. – Construction work to expand the SunRail in Orlando could force drivers to make some detours this weekend.
Pine Street off of Orange Avenue will be closed Friday night through Saturday night.

When crews finish there, will shut down the crossing on busy Landstreet Road until Sunday night.
All the construction is to update the train crossing. The update is part of the second phase expansion of the SunRail, which will eventually run all the way to Poinciana.
Motorists are advised to keep an eye out for detours and plan their drives accordingly.
