CASSELBERRY, Fla. – A woman working at the Advance America Cash Advance in Casselberry was tied up at gunpoint Monday during a robbery, according to police.
The armed robbery happened around 6:10 p.m. at the business, which is located at 1455 State Road 436.

According to Casselberry police, a man and woman entered the business, and the woman pretended to submit a loan application. Several minutes later, however, the man pulled out a gun, police said.
The employee was ordered to the ground, and the man tied her up with zip ties, police said. The woman took cash from a drawer, and the couple then ran away, police said.
No injuries were reported by police.
The man was described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 235 pounds and in his 40s with dark hair. He was wearing a long-sleeved plaid button-up shirt, long cargo shorts and a tan cap.
The woman was in 5 feet 1 inch tall, about 100 pounds and in her late 30s to early 40s. She has dark eyes, decayed teeth and freckles and was wearing a white hoodie, Florida Gator shorts, white sneakers and a tan cap.
They were possibly driving a white Dodge pickup truck.
