The arrests follow those of six other individuals similarly charged with grand theft, accused Friday of stealing more than 50 phones at the music festival.
According to the sheriff’s office, all but five of the cellphones stolen on Friday have been returned to their owners, as well as all but six from Saturday night.
The sheriff’s office plugged Welcome to Rockville’s Lost and Found web page to see pictures of the devices and potentially make a claim.
