Third arrest made after man found dead outside Poinciana home

Homicide took place July 15

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – Detectives in Osceola County said on Monday they made a third arrest related to a homicide that took place last month.

Yassine El-Hamzaoui, 23, was killed outside his family's Poinciana home on July 15.

The Osceola County Sheriff's Office said it responded to South Flag Court on reports of gunshots.

The three suspects were taken into custody about 400 miles away in South Carolina. Detectives said Terrance White, 17; Marcus Delucien, 19; and Raekwon Richardson, 20; are all charged with second-degree murder.

Investigators said all three suspects were on vacation together when the shooting happened.

Detectives said White was arrested last Thursday, and Delucien was arrested the next day.  Richardson was taken into custody Monday in Summerville, South Carolina.

Investigators have released few details on whether the victim and suspects knew each other and what led to the shooting.
