ORLANDO, Fla. – Two former professional athletes traded in their jerseys for a different type of uniform on Thursday.
Former Orlando City Soccer goalie Tally Hall and former San Francisco 49ers defensive back Curtis Holcomb were sworn in as Orlando police officers.

Hall and Holcomb were two of 12 recruits sworn in to the newest Orlando police class.

"This is one of the finest agencies in the United States," Orlando police Chief John Mina told the newest class. "We are one big family."
