A family lost their home after their duplex caught fire Sunday morning on Balboa Drive in Orange County.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A 49-year-old man was shot early Thursday in Orange County, deputies said. The Orange County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were called around 2 a.m. to the 5500 block of West Colonial Drive, where a man said he had been shot by another man. The victim, who suffered non-life-threatening injuries, was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center, according to deputies. The victim said the shooting happened near Balboa Drive and Governors Avenue. Deputies, however, said there was evidence of a shooting in that area.
