The double fatal shooting took place around 7:17 p.m. Tuesday in the 1700 block of Carley Court, east of Baldwin Park in Orlando. AdBoth victims were taken to a hospital, where one of them died Tuesday night, according to deputies, who said the other man died overnight. According to investigators, one of the victims crashed a car into a home on Decatur Street after he was shot. “I saw a car that was apparently driven through the front door of the house.”Sevven said one of the shooting victims apparently jumped into a car and ended up crashing into the home he owns.

A Bright Horizons spokesperson and an attorney representing the plaintiffs did not immediately respond to emails from News 6 inquiring about the lawsuit settlement.

Authorities said the woman was running along Lake Baldwin Lane near Ridley Avenue around 5:45 a.m. Friday when a 6-foot tall man grabbed the jogger from behind. Authorities said after speaking with the woman, they’ve determined there were no indicators to believe it was a sexual attack. Police said the man was wearing a dark blue T-shirt and shorts and had hair that was slightly shorter than shoulder-length. Jennifer Sheehan, who walks regularly at Baldwin Park, said she’s not likely to run or walk when it’s dark outside.
