Nearly two months after a lawyer was jailed for contempt of court while battling his homeowner’s association, an appeals court has denied the attorney’s petition to be set free.

An attorney who represented three of his neighbors in an unsuccessful lawsuit against their homeowner’s association has been locked up in jail for nearly two months after a judge found him in contempt of court, News 6 has learned.
