Rodney Davis, the Marion County man who accused Orlando police of brutality after an incident during Florida Classic Weekend, is no longer facing street racing charges. Davis and his attorney, Rajan Joshi, told News 6 on Wednesday that a charge of operating a vehicle during a street takeover was dropped.
