This week, residents near the intersection of Hall Lane and Lake Jessamine Drive received a public hearing notice from Orange County’s Board of Zoning Adjustment. According to Orange County, the variance is for a multi-family development, however, neighbors said they were unaware of any plans until the recent notice. “We don’t know if that’s going to stop it. AdSeveral people who live in the neighborhood said they were planning to attend the public hearing, which is April 1 at 10 a.m. at the Orange County Administration Building.
