Federal authorities have charged a man with burning an American flag in the nation’s capital during protests against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s address to Congress in July.

Three years after the attack on the U.S. Capitol, Washington’s federal courthouse is flooded with trials, guilty plea hearings and sentencings stemming from the largest criminal investigation in American history.
