The Caribbean Princess departed Port Canaveral Monday afternoon just hours after docking following a norovirus outbreak that sickened more than 100 passengers and crew members. Experts say the recent outbreaks have not slowed consumer demand for cruises.

More than 100 passengers are sick with norovirus aboard the Caribbean Princess cruise ship, which is scheduled to dock at Port Canaveral on Monday, May 11. News 6 investigative reporter Pavlina Osta spoke with a passenger on board who says the outbreak has not stopped everyone from enjoying their trip.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is warning restaurants and seafood markets, including here in Florida, to not sell certain oysters linked to norovirus.
