Traffic was backed up and Poinciana Parkway for more than three hours.

Officials said it’s unclear whether the 53-year-old man went down a water slide or fell into the pool at Regal Oaks Resort. A 911 operator guided a witness through the CPR process until first responders arrived. The man was taken to AdventHealth Celebration. His condition is unknown.
