MARION COUNTY, Fla. – A school bus carrying 43 students was hit by a vehicle Monday in Marion County, but no one was injured, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash happened on SW 86th Street near U.S. 41.

According to an FHP crash report, a car traveling east on SW 86th Street crossed the center line to avoid a disabled vehicle and hit the side of the school bus.
The driver, a 41-year-old Naples woman, and a 9-year-old girl in the car were uninjured.
Troopers said the children on the bus and the bus driver were also uninjured.
