It will remain windy with wind gusts increasing into the night.

Rainfall potential for the weekend: Widespread 2-4 inches of rain. Isolated amounts of 5-7 inches will be possible
Timing: Scattered heavy rain expected to develop after lunch on Saturday.
Widespread rain is expected to develop Saturday night and last into Sunday morning, with the strongest wind gusts between 25-45 mph.
The weather should begin to wind down Sunday afternoon, although it will remain breezy.
It is important to note that this system will not be tropical in nature and therefore will not be a tropical storm and receive a name. Impacts may be similar to a low-end tropical storm, however, meteorologically speaking this system is not “built” the same way and will behave differently.
