ORLANDO, Fla. – Patchy fog and a few coastal showers are possible Wednesday morning in Central Florida followed by sunny skies in the afternoon.
The first day of May is expected to feel more summerlike, with warmer-than-normal temperatures and the development of both sea breezes.

Although moisture levels remain low, we will still have a 20-30% chance to see some showers bubble up by the afternoon over inland neighborhoods.
Temperatures this afternoon will quickly climb to near 90 degrees for areas west of I-95 and the low to mid 80s along the coast.
This current weather setup won’t change much for the rest of the week, with highs reaching 90 degrees each afternoon.
Despite the summer-like heat remaining in place for early May, sea breeze showers won’t pack much of a punch, with coverage remaining low at 10-20%.
Who’s ready for the heat?
