Heading into the start of the work week with the late day arrival of rain anticipated, the heat will have time to really settle in again.

Highs will range from the low 90s along the coast to the mid 90s inland. Of course, there’s the humidity. Factor that in and feels like temperatures will range from 103-111 degrees. Heat advisories could be issued once again, especially for western counties.

Rain chances will go up with a slight increase in moisture.

Each day expect typical sea breeze action with rain chances around 50-60%. There could be times of heavy rain and gusty winds. The cloud cover and the rain will help keep temperatures beginning Tuesday in the lower 90s, but keep in mind that the humidity isn’t going anywhere, so feels-like temperatures will remain in the triple digits.

This unsettled pattern continues into next weekend.
