National Pasta Day is set for Oct. 17, giving those with a taste for carbs a chance to indulge in some noodle-y delights.
In celebration, Betway conducted research to figure out which pasta dishes are the most popular in each state. Rankings were determined using Google search data.

The top 13 pasta dishes on that ranking for Florida are as follows:

Betway’s research also looked at pasta dish popularity across the U.S., which found the following:
- Lasagna is the most popular pasta dish in the country (followed by gnocchi, carbonara, ragu, Bolognese and alfredo)
- Pasta dishes are more popular in the northeast and Midwest than in the south and west
- The top five states for pasta dish searches are New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts
- The top five states with the fewest searches are Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, and West Virginia
- The most popular pasta dishes in the country are made with tomato sauce (except for Alfredo)
