ORLANDO, Fla. – The National Hurricane Center is continuing to monitor a tropical wave in the Central Atlantic.
As of 8 p.m. Saturday, the NHC is giving it a 40% chance of further development over the next seven days.
This wave will likely interact with a second wave behind it as it moves toward the west-northwest.
Models are still varying from run-to-run about the future of this wave, but if it were to be factor in our weather, it wouldn’t be until next weekend into early next week.
